Please read carefully Booking guidelines about terms and conditions of reservation. You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions

Term & Conditions of Reservation

All prices are in United States Dollars ($) unless otherwise indicated. The reservation is validated only if have you received a confirmation from The Time Journeys and upon your payment of a deposit. Amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed by TTJ.

1. Deposit

Bookings must be secured by a deposit of 30% of the total booking. (If this amount is less than $100, a $100 per person deposit will apply). Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions. The remaining balance of the tour price (70%) must be made at least 7 days perior to your departure date. Or depends on the appointed in the confirmation, you can pay by Cash or credit cards when you start the tour. This deposit is non – refundable unless we cancel your tour.

2. Cancellations and Cancellation Fees.

All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation more than 45-days before the check-in date.
30-45 days before arrival: 10% charge
15-29 days before arrival: 30% charge
7-14 days before arrival: 50% charge
Within 7 days before arrival: 90% charge

3. Infant and Child Prices

Child under 2: Free of charge (exclude airfares)
Child with bed (3-5 years): 50% of total tour
Child with bed (6-11 years): 75% of total tour+ breakfast surcharge in each hotel if applicable
Child from twelve years of age and above: Adult price

4. Payment.

You can deposit amount by Banks transfer or Credit Card (depend on your convenience)
Cash payment: Only after the agreement of the two parties paying for the remaining balance at our office
Credit card: For payment by credit card, 3-4% of expenses are charged by customers. This is for paying the balance in our offices or by One Pay.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellations by you:

Cancellation of a booking by you must be made in writing via email. We will not regard a booking as cancelled unless and until written notice is received by us. The following rules apply for cancellations:

Less than 14 days prior to departure: Complete forfeiture of deposit, due to hotel charges we incur for guest no-shows.

5.2 Cancellation or modification by us

We always effort made to operate all tours as your proposal but it must be remembered that our tours are planned in advance and due to factors outside our control it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will ninform you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:
• services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;
• services of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price
• cancellation with a full refund of all money paid.

6. Unused Services

No refunds or exchanges can be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, included in the tour price, but not utilized by the tour members.
Travel documents will be compiled after the deposit has been received and are sent two or three weeks prior to departure. These documents will be sent via email, and should be printed out by participants and retained as a receipt.

7. Responsibility

All possible care is taken to ensure that our suppliers maintain the highest possible standards. However, we are not responsible in any way for problems, however they arise, that result from the booking of services we do not directly control.
The Time Journeys.; Ltd, affiliated companies, servants or agents shall not be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.

8. Validity

This information is valid at the time of publication but is subject to change without prior notice. However, should any changes occur, they will be posted on the website immediately. However, should the Terms and Conditions change after the deposit is paid, the Terms and Conditions under which the deposit was paid shall apply.

9. Travel Insurance

We will do everything possible to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip. However, all travel involves some degree of risk and we strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance for your adventure. Your insurance protection should include cover for cancellation, medical and repatriation expenses, personal injury and accident, death and loss of personal baggage and money and personal liability.

10. Feedback

If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of the services we have arranged on your behalf, you should report it to your tour guide so that immediate action can be taken to remedy the problem.


We occasionally take photos during our tours for use in promotional material. Unless you advise us otherwise, you consent to such use of your photographic/video likeness.
