We had quite a long trip that lasted nearly a month in Vietnam, visting major cities (Saigon,Dalat, Nha Trang, Camrang and Hanoi) with the time journeys. We cannot be thankful enough for our friend who referred us to Giang. She truly is the most attentive, responsive and trustful travel agent we’ve ever had. We are now back home and ready to start back to work.
The tour that you organised was very good and we certainly saw a lot of Vietnam and enjoyed our selves. One of the highlights was meeting with Le Quang Trung our guide through the area around the DMZ, he was the most professional, informative and enthusiastic person we would wish to meet.
The other guides were good. The only other un enjoyable part was the train travel from Hanoi to Dong Hoi as the train was  noisy. It would have been better to fly.

Concerning our cruise in the Halong Bay, we have spend two magic days, everything went right, even if the weather was bad : people on board was friendly, always with a smile, qualified and welcoming, food was especially delightful.
Our room was small but cosy and nice clean.
We really enjoyed our cruise, quiet, calm, nice view on the bay. We saw phantoms ships in the mist, so really relaxing time with “no internet”!
Be sure that I’ll recommend  you to all my friend too (It was a friend of mine who has recommended you to me :0))))

Dear Giang,

I would like to thank you very much for the wonderful, streamlined tour we recently experienced with your company.  All the guides were extremely professional and very friendly and knowledgeable and the private vans and drivers were all of a good standard.  I would like to specifically commend the driver who took us around Siem Reap.  He went the extra mile, by ensuring there were always ice cold drinks available for us as well as chilled wipes.  He kept the van extremely clean and well air-conditioned, even after we made the floor muddy after rainfall.  All the accommodation was very good and we would definitely recommend your company to anyone we know thinking of travelling to Vietnam. We loved Hoi An, and our only regret there was that we did not spend more time in that lovely town.

From the very first email correspondence you dealt with our enquiry professionally, efficiently and promptly. We really do not having anything but good things to say about the entire experience.
The guides were all prompt, very friendly and helpful and provided us with about the right level of knowledge for whatever we were visiting. The all took great care of our needs and were ready to change the agenda to suit us were we will necessary. The restaurants they selected for lunch offered very good food and we would have happily gone back to them again.
The transport was very good. All vehicles were clean and tidy with good air conditioning, and larger than we thought we would experience. The drivers made us feel very safe in extremely busy situations.
The hotels were all of an excellent standard. All had connecting or adjacent rooms as we requested. All offered a really good mix of food for breakfast.
Once again thank you for an exceptional holiday and one which will remain in our memories for ever.
